The next step

What to do, what to do? Meaning the next step……

We are in our third month living in this beautiful state of Texas and we are loving it. To say the least it is far more lovley thanI ever imagined it to be.

I have been pondering on what to do career wise. All I have done is taught young humans in a Montessoi invironment that I carefully prepared. I have researched our area and have not found a Montessori school near by. With that being said, I have a coaching business, essential oil business and have dabbled in photography. I love each of these businesses equally.

My question is, do I jump in full throttle with my businesses that I already have and are passionate about and dip my toes in a photography buisness as well OR do I go back to teaching our precious future. I have some time to think and I do not need to rush in making a decision.

Feel free to comment your thoughts ūüôā

Photograghs or it never happened

Dipping my toes into photgraphy is one of the most fulfilling things I have done in my spare time. I am learning on my own by reading, observing and listening to advice.

I am figuring out the preset game and the best editing tools out there. Right now I am using Light Room by Adobe Photoshop. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am using our old faithful Canon EOS 20D. It takes amazing photographs and is quite easy to use. Someday I hopefully will be able to upgrade to a more recent model.

Looking forward to documenting all the beauty around by slowing down life a bit. Photographs or it never happened!

Fresh Details

I absolutley love fresh cut flowers throughout my home as well as placed around my backyard.  I love using mason jars, funky vintage vases and galvinised buckets to arrange them in.

Before yesterday I have purchased flowers at our local grocery store chain which are typically pricey for a mixed bouquet and often not in the best condition. My new favorite place to buy beautiful fresh cut flowers is Trader Joes. I bought three bouquets and one filler for $16.00.  I frequently shop at Trader Joes and never have thought to pay attention to their wide variety of flowers, plants and herbs.

So the next time you are looking for flowers for your home, backyard, a gift or even a wedding stop in your local Trader Joes and pick some up.
